Amanda Jane, known by the nickname AJ, founded Luv Aj, a name inspired by the signature “Luv AJ” that she used on everything she created. After graduating from high school, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Otis College of Art and Design. She went on to gain valuable industry experience through internships with clothing designer Rachel Pally, celebrity stylist Cristina Ehrlich, and as a graphic design intern at Who What Wear. These opportunities fueled her passion for jewelry design and inspired her to further develop and grow the Luv Aj brand.
Since launching Luv Aj 18 years ago, Amanda has built the brand into an internationally recognized jewelry label. Luv Aj has been worn by celebrities including Bella Hadid, Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner, and is stocked by leading global retailers such as Revolve, Shopbop, ASOS, and Nordstrom. In recognition of her achievements as a jewelry designer, Amanda was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2015.
At the heart of Amanda’s design philosophy is the belief that jewelry tells a story and has the power to inspire confidence unlike any other accessory. Every piece is designed with a balance of style, quality, and accessibility in mind. By creating jewelry she genuinely loves, Amanda hopes to offer designs that resonate with others while maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship and affordability that define the Luv Aj brand.
