Born in Thailand, Angelys Balek, Founder and Creative Director of her eponymous brand, brings a global artistic perspective to her fashion collection. With a Fine Arts degree from Bangkok University and a Fashion degree from the London College of Design, she seamlessly combines her love for art and fashion.
Each design begins as her original painting, which is then transformed in to fabric prints. Drawing inspiration from her travels, multicultural experiences, and feminine spirituality, Angelys splits her time between Europe, America and Asia. Her work fuses the dynamic energy of New York, the vibrant sensuality of Thailand and the elegance of European textiles to create a distinctive and expressive collection.
Building on the success of the swimwear line, Angelys Balek continues to push creative boundaries. The brand is currently preparing to debut it’s upcoming Resort 26 swimwear and resortwear collection, which will be showcased exclusively in Paris.
