Born in Thailand, Angelys Balek (AB.), Founder and Creative Director of her namesake collection, channels a global artistic spirit through her designs. With a Fine Art degree from Bangkok University and a Fashion degree from the London College of Design, she seamlessly merges her passions for art and fashion. Each print begins as her original painting before being transferred to fabric. Inspired by diverse cultures, travels, and feminine spirituality, AB. divides her time between Europe, America, and Asia — blending New York’s urban energy, Thailand’s playful sensuality, and refined European fabrics into every unique, expressive collection.
Having established a successful swimwear line, Angelys Balek continues to go beyond its boundaries. Currently in the works is the brand’s upcoming Resort 26 swimwear line and resortwear where they will be showcasing this exclusive collection in Paris.
